1. Nature of Service — Digital Matrimonial Intermediary

OLS Dekho Jivan Sathi operates strictly as a digital matrimonial intermediary and matchmaking platform that provides verified contact details to connect prospective brides, grooms, and their families within the Muslim community for the sole purpose of Nikah.

The platform facilitates mutual contact discovery and bio-data exchange. Final verification of personal background, financial status, character, identity, family reputation, and matrimonial compatibility remains the sole responsibility of the respective individuals and families.

The platform does not guarantee marriages, verified personal identities, compatibility, or successful alliances. OLS Dekho Jivan Sathi does not conduct private detective investigations or physical house visits.

2. Eligibility & Legal Marriage Age Requirements

Registration of underage individuals or profiles intended to facilitate child marriage is strictly prohibited under Indian Law and platform terms. Server-side date-of-birth validation is enforced on all registrations. Any profile found to violate the applicable legal age requirements will be terminated immediately without refund and reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities where legally required.

3. Profile Listing Plans — For Profile Posters & Matchmakers

Users publishing matrimonial bio-data on the platform may choose between two official commercial listing options:

• Plan A — Single Profile Plan (₹299): Grants validity for 30 calendar days from verified payment to publish one eligible matrimonial profile on the Discover feed after administrative review. The listing expires after 30 days unless renewed.
• Plan B — Monthly Unlimited Listing Plan (₹1,500): Grants validity for 30 calendar days from verified payment. Intended for parents, matchmakers, and families managing multiple genuine matrimonial listings. Allows submitting and publishing unlimited genuine profiles during the active subscription period, subject to moderation rules.

Alliance Finalization & Deactivation: Users who finalize an alliance are encouraged to deactivate their listing from their profile dashboard. Deactivating a listing does not delete the user account or historical payment records.

Listing Authenticity & Explicit Consent: All biodata (age, education, occupation, photographs) must be authentic. By submitting a profile, the user expressly consents to verified, paying platform members contacting them via telephone or WhatsApp regarding matrimonial alliances.

Listing Fee Non-Refundability: Profile listing fees are non-refundable once the profile is published live on the platform, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and mandatory statutory requirements.

4. Contact Unlock Plans — For Viewers & Match Seekers

Registered match seekers and viewers can discover profiles freely and unlock verified direct contact coordinates via two commercial options:

• Plan A — Single Contact Unlock (₹199 per profile): Grants permanent, one-time unlock of a specific candidate's phone number and direct chat. The contact is stored indefinitely in the user's dashboard with no recurring charges.
• Plan B — VIP Match Seeker Plan (₹1,999): Grants 30 calendar days validity with unlimited contact unlocking across all active eligible listings. When the VIP plan expires, new contact unlocks require renewal, but all previously unlocked individual contacts remain permanently available in the dashboard.

5. Replacement Contact Credit Policy (48-Hour Reporting Window)

If an unlocked phone number is found to be permanently invalid or permanently out of service:

1. The user must report the issue to Customer Support within 48 hours of the transaction.
2. Platform administration will investigate and verify the number's status.
3. Upon successful verification, administration issues 1 Replacement Contact Credit traceable to the original transaction.
4. The replacement credit is redeemable in the dashboard to unlock another candidate profile without additional payment.
5. No direct cash or bank refunds are issued for instantly delivered digital contact data, subject to applicable law. Duplicate reports for the same unlock are rejected.

6. Code of Conduct & Safety Rules

All members must adhere strictly to Islamic decorum and civil conduct:

• Zero Advance Payments: Never transfer money, travel fares, dowry, or gifts to unknown profiles or individuals.
• Respectful Communication: Unlocked contacts must be used solely for respectful matrimonial discussions. Harassment, abuse, vulgarity, and impersonation lead to permanent banning and legal referral.
• Independent Identity Due Diligence: Families must verify government IDs (Aadhaar, Passport), employment, and conduct safe public meetings before finalizing any alliance.

7. Limitation of Liability & Official Fraud Reporting

OLS Dekho Jivan Sathi does not physically warrant the character, financial claims, or marital eligibility represented in user profiles. In case of suspected fraud or unlawful behavior, preserve all evidence and immediately report to the local Police or Cyber Crime authority (cybercrime.gov.in), and alert platform support at support@olsdekho.com or helpline +91 (040) 6789-5500 within 48 hours.
