Phone numbers are only released to registered members who have authenticated their accounts and purchased an authorized Contact Unlock Plan.

Never send money, advance booking amounts, travel expenses, gold, gifts, or financial help to any individual or profile found on this website. OLS Dekho Jivan Sathi will NEVER ask you to transfer funds to any personal account for alliance finalization.
Rules of Civil & Respectful Communication
- Matrimonial Purpose Only: Unlocked contact coordinates may be used exclusively for respectful, dignified matrimonial discussions. Commercial solicitations, dating proposals, and casual messaging are strictly prohibited.
- Prohibition of Harassment: Any form of harassment, vulgarity, abuse, threat, or impersonation will result in immediate profile suspension and permanent account termination.
- Legal Reporting: Unlawful conduct, extortion, or blackmail will be reported directly to cybercrime and police authorities.
4. Independent Identity Verification Mandatory
Before finalizing any matrimonial alliance, individuals and their guardians must conduct comprehensive due diligence:
- Safe Meetings: Always arrange initial meetings in safe, appropriate public places or family residences with guardians and elders present.
- Government ID Verification: Request and inspect original government-issued identity documents (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID) to verify name, age, and address.
- Background Checks: Independently cross-verify claims regarding employment, income, education, marital history (such as divorce decrees), and residential background through independent community channels.
OLS Dekho Jivan Sathi facilitates digital introduction but does not conduct in-person physical or criminal background verification.
5. Official Fraud Reporting & Law Enforcement Referral
If you encounter fraudulent profiles, financial extortion, or identity falsification:
- Preserve all evidence (screenshots, WhatsApp chat history, call logs, and bank transaction slips).
- Report immediately to your nearest Police Station or the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in.
- Report the candidate profile immediately via the in-app Report Safety Concern button or email support@olsdekho.com.
